Your Swedish hire,

EOR Sweden is an employer of record service for firms outside Sweden. Your new hire is employed by us as employer of record; we issue the anställningsavtal, run payroll and report to Skatteverket. You set the work and we coordinate the rest.

A foreign firm hiring a single person in Sweden should not have to register an aktiebolag, learn the AGI calendar and study collective agreements first. EOR Sweden exists to remove that step.

Our story

A third route

Hiring a first employee in Sweden used to mean two poor options. One was to form an aktiebolag with SEK 25,000 share capital, register it at Bolagsverket and register as an employer with Skatteverket. The other was to engage a contractor on F-skatt and risk the work being treated as employment.

EOR Sweden offers a third route. We employ your hire on a written contract as employer of record, and we act as your single contact for the whole arrangement.

House rules

Six principles

These rules shape each hire we arrange in Sweden, from the opening quote through to the last payslip.

We employ your hire

We say it plainly: the signed contract and the legal employer role both sit with us as your employer of record.

Same contact every time

One account director follows your account and brings in payroll or HR colleagues when needed, so you tell your story once.

Named people reply

You write to a named person and get an answer in plain English, with the Swedish rule or authority it rests on.

Documents come first

Written terms go out within the LAS § 6 c deadline, and payslips and AGI records stay available to you.

Headcount that can flex

Add one hire or ten, and end an employment when you must, within LAS notice periods of 1 to 6 months and the rules on sakliga skäl.

Prices you can read

A flat fee per employee per month, with salary and contributions itemised on the same invoice.

Your support

Who backs your Swedish hires

Four kinds of specialist work on each Swedish employment, each familiar with Swedish payroll and law.

One account manager

Plans each hire with you, sends the cost estimate and remains your first contact throughout.

Compliance and payroll

Monthly pay with tax-table withholding, AGI returns and arbetsgivaravgifter to Skatteverket, and sick reports to Försäkringskassan from day 15.

HR support for employees

Answers staff questions on semester, sjuklön and föräldraledighet, and guides managers through LAS when a role ends.

Contracts and a first week

Drafts the anställningsavtal, gives the written terms LAS § 6 c requires within 7 days of the start, and helps with Migrationsverket permits for non-EU hires.

Every question reaches someone who works on Swedish payroll daily.
